Reviewed Blackberry Cobbler Recipe : Ree Drummond : Food Network

Every recipe I've made of Ree's are excellent! Two questions tho, I saw someone mention using pineapple in this and would love to try that BUT I'm not experienced with cobblers and don't want to ruin it, has anyone tried using pineapple for this? Would you be willing to list amounts as I'm sure the fruit would need altering with spices.

I loved it and mixed in a pinch of cayenne to the cheese and broiled it instead of baking and it came out golden brown. As soon as it came out of broiler, take tip of spatula and work it off parchment paper. I also added some chopped green olives on top.

I added a little extra, green onion, some yellow mustard (was out of dry mustard) a few dashes of cayenne pepper and a few hot pepper flakes. With some I will also add chopped salami to this. "
