Well, mine were not as flat as pictured, they were just like regular cookie dough. They definitely were delicious. I accidently put too much salt in my first batch and even though they were a little to salty, they too were very good so I had to whip up a second batch for my picky son. Bobby Flay has by far the best most effective recipes and I...

Bobby Flay's pizza dough recipe is foolproof. I use it all the time. In stand mixer, Add 4 cups flour (bread flour for extra crispy, regular all-purpose for softer). 1 pkt active yeast (or 1-1/2 tsp) in 1-1/2 cups of warm water (110 degrees) with 1 tsp of sugar to start. Let it bubble up for 10-15 minutes. Add 2-1/2 tsps of salt to the flour and...

Followed exactly, except i had to mix my yeast in the 110 water and sugar for 10 minutes to get it activated. I didn't have instant yeast. Everything came out spectacularly. Bobby says to use instant yeast, that is why I did the warm water with the packet of yeast and a little sugar before adding it to the flour. The recipe says to add everything all at once. I was cautious about that.
