"Watch out....very messy but OHHHH so yummy. Because of the other reviews, I added 1/4 tsp more baking soda(for rise) and to help the wateryness, I added 1/4c more flour. The cupcakes came out still flat but were very tasty. The marshmellow frosting runs down the sides of the cake and was hard to manage. I threw them in the fridge for about 30 minutes and that stopped the frosting from all running off. I asked my husband (my cupcake expert) if he's like them made again and he said Yes but he prefers the Coconut cupcakes w/ choco ganache filing topped with Carmel buttercream & coconut. Those are a 10!!! These cupcakes were an 8."
