"This was pretty good, I halved this and it turned out okay. I had to cook the rice about 5 mins longer than it said. I thought the flavor was good and used black beans instead red beans. I'll probably make this agian.

"I used butter instead of olive oil cause I was out and it was delicious. I will definitely make it again.

Reviewed Baked Orzo with Fontina and Peas

"This was delicious. I cut the recipe in half as there were only 2 of us and it worked out well. The mushrooms really make this taste good so if you don't like them I would stay away from this. I left the peas out cause I'm not a fan of them and it was still very satisfying.

Reviewed Pat's Famous Beef and Pork Chili

"I did like this chili though it is a lot of work and a lot of ingredients. I'm not a pork lover so I only put 1/2 lb of it in. The chili is thick and meaty, and if I make it again I'll probably remove the pork altogether, but I enjoyed the flavors.
