Based on previous reviews... here are some tips. I made the sauce first (doubled the amount since we like saucy pasta dishes) with the garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, and wine- reduced. Then I cooked my shrimp with the shell on to really flavor them. Once removed, I added the al dente pasta to finish cooking while I peeled the shrimp. "

These were sooo delicious! I read the previous reviews and cut the seasoning in half and added a dash of low sodium soy sauce and minced jalp peppers to the Salmon.... Very good"

I loved this dish!! Boneless/skinless chicken breast is what I used and found it to be a bit dry, so- the second time I marinated the chicken and it was fabulous!! used extra cayenne pepper for more heat
