Reviewed Tomato Pie
"I just made this pie and it is wonderful! The flavors of the different herbs just burst inside your mouth. I did use some chopped chives and oregano leaves in addition to the herbs suggested. I wish I had read the reviews prior to me preparing my pie. I would have used less mayo or even light mayo. Overall this is a great recipe for anytime of the year!

I am a full time student and stay at home mom. I love to collect recipes and cookbooks. My taste pallet tends to bore easy so I have a very diversed taste bud. It does tend to cause problems because my family does not share this talent!
