I live north of New Braunfels,TX out in the boonies on a small ranch. I love to travel and try foods from different countries. Cooking has become my passion and I find it very theraputic. I am retired now and have plenty of time to experiment in the kitchen. There is never a shortage of "guinea pigs" to try out new recipes on.
