Best homestyle meal I've ever made. It was easy to make, but the video may have given me the confidence I needed to own this dish. I didn't skimp on the brandy. This was an awesome recipe that I made for my wife. Some reason the crust was a little moist, not really soggy, but more moist than I would have liked. I may have used more oil than required. Overall, delicious, if I may say so myself."
