My family just couldn't get over the texture, even though the flavor was pretty good. I ended up dumping most of it in the trash and quickly preparing another side dish while they ate. If you already love mashed cauliflower, then I have no doubt that this recipe would be a hit. But it just wasn't for us...

Best. Mac 'n Cheese. Ever. I did leave off the croutons and just topped it with Italian-style Panko mixed with melted butter. My 18-year-old asked if we could have it for every meal.

This was amazing! I added Panko bread crumbs once the butter had melted and cooked it for another minute or two. Served it over angel hair pasta because I have teenaged boys and was afraid the shrimp alone wouldn't fill them up. It was so simple and delicious and the kind of dish you just want to share with friends and family.
