Reviewed grilled tuna burgers with spicy mayo

I couldn't find sushi-grade tuna so just used regular ahi tuna and cooked the burgers a bit longer. As full size burgers these are a bit of a mess. Second time I use a 1/3 cup measure, used a 3" ring mold, and served them on Hawaiian Dinner Rolls. Delish. I think myself a pretty accomplished cook, and FN does a good job on "Copy That!" recipies, but this one needs retooling and republishing in an upcoming magazine. Like other commenters, mine smoked in the oven and stuck like glue to the oiled pan. "
