"Three stars right now, this needs a lot more punch and heat for me!. The flavor Is very good, the rum Is pretty intense when cooking, and really has a nice flavor. I used chicken legs in stead of wings, next time i am going to use actual wings or chicken breasts. "

I am a 45 yo Family Dad In Seattle,Wa. I love,love to cook. I owe my cooking love to my Parents, My Mom native of German/russian back ground, My Dad southern roots out of Arkansas with Scotish decent, bothj with a love for the hot peppers. My Mom was a stay at home Mom,that love to cook,lots of Europen flavor with a big kick In spices. My Dad was a Chef,with lots of structure to recpies and unifourm cooking. I took the best from both with lots of ties to the hotter spices. My own Family are on the cooler side of spices LOL,so i have to add my own kicks on the side. But my love is to exploe new recpies to the the old favorits, and of course explore new recpies that are on the hot side.
