Excellent. I added 2 Tlbs of lemon juice to brighten up the dish. I add the jalapeño a little at a time. Some peppers can be very hot, even with the membranes/seeds removed. I really like the complexity of the flavors. Also I really like the “Bush” brand of chic peas/garbanzo beans. A great flavor right out of the can, well rinsed of course. I only...
