I made these without the cheese sauce because I forgot the Velveeta, and I added a thinly sliced jalapeno to the mix. The brats were ugly and grey coming out of the pot, but a few minutes on the grill and they looked almost as good as they tasted. Fantastic recipe for some juicy, delicious brats that will have people asking what you do different."
