"I added a little bit of vinegar to the red velvet batter to accent that red color, baked it in a water bath and my family loved it! It is so rich and creamy, and full of flavor. For sure, this is going to be at the dessert table this holiday :)"
Reviewed Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes
"My younger brother and cousin loved these cupcakes. I loved the texture of them, because they were like brownies, but they were too chocolatey. A completly chocolate cake with semisweet ganache, it tasted a little dark. Next time we made it, we put less chocolate in the batter and whipped the ganache (milk chocolate) with some cream. Came out "
Reviewed Buttermilk Cheddar Biscuits
"These biscuits were absolutely amazing. They were so flakey on the outside, and on the inside, it was full of light, moist dough and gooey cheese. These are a favorite in my family and we make them every holiday instead of regular old rolls. Great job, Ina <3"
"These pancakes were very rubbery and didn't rise like a fluffy pancake should. They tasted very eggy, so we added some lemon zest to cut that flavor, and just drenched them in syrup and butter. Never will be making these ever again; they taste better from the box."
