YUM. I didn't have goat cheese, so I did use cream cheese. And vegetable broth. I recently stopped eating meat and there are days that I crave a traditional meal that tastes like the ones I used to eat. This one did the trick. Leftovers were delish. You could sneak this meal in on Meatless Monday and no one would feel slighted. "

Excellent Pizza. I cut the butter by more than half and didn't even miss it (although I can assume it would only make it better). Make sure to leave an edge around your pizza crust because while the recipe calls for you to "spread" the shrimp sauce on the crust, it is more of a drizzle. If you don't have the edge, you will lose all the liquid y"

I traveled to a cookout with this dish, snd I didn't have the proper seasoning. Even without, it was delicious!!! I am a recent Pescatarian and always looking for new recipes. Definitely a keeper. I used balsamic for the dressing and 6 large caps, to serve as a main dish, rather than an appetizer. "
