Reviewed Moo-Less Chocolate Pie

"I love Alton. I was a little skeptical at first, but this really turned out great. Wonderful for those on a diet. If you omit the alcohol and use dark, dark chocolate it's almost better than an orgasm. I used digestives instead of graham crackers, no alcohol (my bottle of baileys has wondered off, all the bits of cooking chocolate lying around and a little egg tofu added to the silken tofu. It turned out beautifully. Decadent and satiny. One thing though, and I'm surprised Alton didn't mention this, I added a 1/2tsp of fine salt to the chocolate as these two go together well. No one could believe it was tofu!!!

"That's funny, my version of this recipe includes Kyra Sedgewick and knee pads.

"Genius! You have really done it this time Rachael. I want to try it, but I'm a bit muddled over some of the steps. Could you please add pictures for clarification? Also, I'm more of a mid-morning to early afternoon bacon person. How can I alter this recipe to suit? Please advise.
