"I made this a vegetarian stew by using Gardein Beef Tips. I didn't marinate the gardein beef tips and I substituted, oven roasted brussel sprouts for the peas. I just roasted them in the oven with olive oil and kosher salt and then added them at the very end. It is amazing!!!!! If you are vegetarian and want a delicious beefless beef stew this ""
