I was looking for a recipe to use some leftover beaver and selected this one. The filling turned out good, but I believe a traditional pastry would be better than biscuit dough.

Very Easy to make and great flavor. I did add a teaspoon of almond extract. My problem is Biscotti, not just from this recipe but others too, is so hard.
