Reviewed Emeril's Banana Cream Pie

The thought of a little banana in the crust sounded wonderful. However - adding the banana should have resulted in reducing the amount of butter. I ended up with a graham cracker banana pudding in my pie pan. I didn't get the custard to break either...don't know what I did. I kept asking myself if this was a tested recipe??? Any takers on that? I "
