About Me
I am a quintessential bengalee man who could not and did not cook. My mother believed that men should not enter the kitchen. Then, mid-life, I took a sabbatical and went to Bristol to read my masters in law. For survival, I learnt to cook. Today, I love to cook and am acknowledged amongst friends and family to be an astute cook. I find cooking on Weekends with music & chilled beer extremely calming.
