"DELICIOUS (and great for high altitude)!!!
This is hands-down the best pumpkin cake recipe I have, and it works incredibly well in high altitudes as well (we are 7,500 feet above sea level and the recipe turns out perfectly every time). I adore pumpkin goods all year round and this is my go-to staple.
