I made these biscotti they were good in flavor but I found them too hard they are gr8 for dunking in coffee though. Now the cornmeal gives it a gritty texture also...

Hi I am testing this recipe today lets see how it comes out I did make some touch ups adding more cinnamon and banana and made a crumb topping lets see how it comes up plus since I am diabetic I also adjusted sugar and used walnuts. great texture love it nice and soft good with vanilla icecream
