My Activity

Reviewed Lasagna Rolls

"I thought the dish was very good, and would definitely make it again less the prosciutto. Maybe it was the prosciutto I used but the dish came out too salty. I think next time I will had mushrooms to the ricotta mixture and try to go veggie. I also may skip the bechamel and just use marinara, although I liked the bechamel it would just make the"

Reviewed Whole-Wheat Spaghetti with Lemon, Basil, and Salmon

"Awesome dish! Added this one to my "recipe box", it's a keeper. Pasta was great on it's own, I might make this just as a side for another meal. I pan seared the fish, next I will bake to keep the calories down. Great flavor, try it, you won't be sorry!"

Reviewed Easy Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese Croutons

"Absolutely fantastic, of course, it's Ina. I cut back on the onions after reading other reviews, I used two cups, I also cut back on the salt from 1 TBS to 1/2 TBS. Reviewed Roasted Potatoes, Carrots, Parsnips and Brussels Sprouts

"Slam dunk!! Wonderful receipe, I cut back a little on the oregano, because I am not a fan, also went a little lighter on the pepper. The flavor was so good, especially the sweet potatoes. I will probably make this for Thanksgving, nice rustic looking side dish.

"If you never thought you would eat a brussel sprout, think again!! Fantastic, I could snack on these, even my daughter loved them. It's a "gotta try" receipe, you won't be disappointed.

I also agree, 30 minutes at 400 is plenty, they are sweet and salty with a hint of bitterness, so good. "

Reviewed Turkey and Spinach Taquitos

"YUM YUM YUM!! These turned out fabulous, they were crispy and the filling you could just sit and eat by itself, it was that good. The ingredients are all pretty lo-cal, so if your watching your weight this won't throw you completely off track. Thanks Giada, we love you at our house!"

Reviewed Roast Beef with Marsala Gravy

"Unfortunately I felt the same as some of the other reviewers....awful, and can this lady even cook. I could of done better on my own.

The cooking temp leaves the roast very, very rare, I like rare, but this is beyond that. The gravy was awful too, I also wish I could ask her to pay me back for the roast. I almost chose a Claire Robinson re"
