Cooking is my greatest pleasure in life (following my husband and children). I was raised in an Italian-American home with parents that owned their own Italian restaurant. My parents are superb cooks and have been fabulous role models for my love of cooking. I enjoy all of the cooking shows on t.v., read most of the cooking/recipe web-sites, and have a library of about 200 cookbooka.
