"I made this for Thanksgiving - followed the recipe exactly except for the pine nuts and let me just say as a person who's not a fan of Turkey - it was awesome. Everyone loved it and there were no leftovers. People kept going back again and again until there was only a cranberry left from the stuffing. I will be making this again next year - thank you for making it a success. One note - make sure you have a professional butterfly the turkey - I didn't it took a little elbow grease to get it to role and it was not pretty by the time it got into the oven; however, in the end it all came together beautifully and once it's sliced you could not tell.
