I've made three batches of Alton's granola. It's really easy to make, tastes great, and stays crunchy in milk for quite a while too. Best use I've found for it so far, though, is for topping ice cream! A crunchy compliment to the soft cold stuff. The only thing I'd warn you about when cooking the granola is be careful not to over cook or burn "
