About Me
I have just started to really enjoy Cooking!!! I wish I had known that I had this desire to cooking, for if I had known 25 years ago, I would be working or even owning a restaurant by now. I like to cook because you can always be creative and know one knows your secret ingredients. I encourage High Schools to teach basic cooking to everyone!!! And I bet a lot of great Chefs will emerge!
