My Activity

Reviewed Chocolate Covered Strawberries

"I melted the chocolate in the microwave and it only took two 60 second intervalls to melt and just stired in between intervalls. I used both white and milk chocolate to dip the strawberries. Then drizzled the white on milk and milk on white to create the "Godiva" look. So pretty and it totally impressed my friends! Pretty easy to make too.

Reviewed Gingerbread Cookies with Royal Icing

"Super easy to make. I made the dough a few days ago, stored it in the fridge and just rolled them out today. The dough needs to be cold to work with it. My little gingerbread dudes came out great! I will use this recipe and the Royal frosting again next year. The frosting is my new favorite. It hardens on the cookies in a very short period so you can store the cookies the same day.

Reviewed Rum Balls

"Super easy. But the amount of rum, 1-2 Tablespoons, just isn't enough to make the balls stick together. So, I just kept adding rum until I thought it was enough, about 3 Tablespoons. They are very rich in flavor. I loved that I didn't have to bake anything.
