Tasty and easy! I used chicken broth in stead of water and added chili peppers per others' suggestions. I also added a fish rub on the bass prior to cooking. I think it may have been a little bland without modifying the recipe. Very good, will make this one again.""

I like the beans and fresh basil dressing. I think I'm just not loving the cumin. I made it for a hike/picnic. It's not bad but there are lots of leftovers. -
Remade it with 1/2 the cumin and loved it! I'd say just do 1/2 and see if you like it...you can always add."

The rosemary and chive really made this healthy fish flavorful! I will definitely serve this again. I love Giada's recipes, however, as others have noted there was too much oil.
Next time I'll cut the oil and butter in half. Once I saw all that oil I used less in the drizzle. Also, it was a little difficult to put the potatoes in without...
