Wonderful! I consider myself a very good cook (as does my husband)...but I have been known to take shortcuts. Tonight I did not and followed Ina's recipe exactly...down to making my own seafood stock! It was well worth it and not hard at all. Delish!!!

Yuck! These are disgustingly sweet...we didn't want candy for our vegetable side dish. Will NOT be making this again. Yuck! Yuck! Yuck!

Delightful! A great start to our traditional New Years Eve German menu...eating leftovers a couple days later - WOW - the flavors meld and it is a flavor explosion!

Ina knows how to make Brussels Sprouts! I've made these for years from her cookbook and then just winging it - they are so easy and super yummy! I was not a lover of Brussels Sprouts unti I found this recipe. Now I make them almost every week. My husband and I fight over the crunchy salty leaves, the absolute best!

This was unbelievably flavorful. I was nervous after I started preparing and found comments that said it was was far from bland. I did marinate for 2 hours but otherwise followed the recipe (except I always add more garlic)! My husband and adult son raved about it...and I'm with them. This is definitely a keeper!""
