Reviewed Cranberry Harvest Muffins

Oct 28, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

WOW! I have been looking for a good cranberry muffin recipe FOREVER! I've made at least 10 different recipes. I've never been able to find a good one. Most have orange zest and they never seem to be moist. These are PERFECT! I made them pretty plain, I just used cranberries and walnuts, but other than that followed the recipe. AMAZING!!! "

These are very good brownies. I don't know if they are the best I've had. They were a little bland. I followed the recipe exactly, but used semi sweet chocolate chips rather than milk chocolate. The milk chocolate may have made them a little sweeter. I will try the recipe again with milk chocolate. I also think that for other reviews that said "

Yummy! I also agree to not oversalt them. I also think that my oven is a little off, so I set it to 280. It took the entire 20 minutes. I had never had kale before, but I love any kind of cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts. I think you have to enjoy that kind of taste to appreciate these. "

These were very good. However my batter was a little runny. I added a little more flour and sugar. We just ate them like cookies. We didn't use any syrup or anything. Very good!"

This was really delicious. However I would serve it as a side dish rather than a main course. But still really good!!""

This was very good, but like other people, the choice of meat was a little tough. I think if I could have actually gotten it pounded out to 1/8 it would have been more tender. But still very good and I would recommend it.""

This was a super easy awesome recipe. I also had to use almost a cup of water. I did not use rosemary, as I am not a big fan. I also did not use tomato sauce. I topped them with olive oil, fresh grated parm cheese, tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella. Delicious!"

This was pretty good. I started everything on the stovetop, then put it in the crockpot to cook, then took the meat out and reduced the liquid on the stove again. I served with couscous. I omitted the wine and just added more beef broth which made it a little salty. "

Followed the recipe and these are SOO delicious. I only wish the recipe was a little healthier(i.e. some other type of binder instead of 2 sticks of butter. I want to eat more than one at a sitting! Giada, can you modify the recipe with something other than butter ; although they may not be quite as DELICIOUS!!!"

These were very easy to make and good. I think next time I would add something to the cake mixture to make it a little more moist. Maybe use a cup of lemon-lime soda. The glaze is delicious, No need to change it."

These were excellent. I used cod as I'm not a big fan of salmon, and they were great. Next time I would try to use Panko or someother type of bread crumb. I made with homemade baked fries, recipe found on food network and cole slaw also found on food network. So, it was a food network kind of night :)"

I have to agree with other posts, I don't really care if it's not "true" Korean, it was delicious. I used 2 tablespoons of chili paste, which was perfect for my husband and I but if your making it for children who don't eat spicy things, I would only put in maybe a half of a tablespoon, if any at all.
