I made this recipe last night but instead of frying up the meatballs, we made them into burgers and broiled them. SO good!!! I only had one pound of ground turkey so I halved the recipe and it worked great. I also added some shredded Parmesan cheese into the mixture and it was delicious."

Reviewed Potato-Leek Soup With Bacon

I've never made anything with leeks before but I love soup and wanted to give this a try. It was really easy and VERY good! I already had some store-bought croutons, so I didn't make the homemade ones in this recipe. I also used twice as much bacon and 3 potatoes just for personal preference. We will be adding this to our dinner rotation."

Reviewed Chicken and Asparagus Crepes

I made this tonight and it was wonderful! I used a little less butter than it called for in the shallot/asparagus skillet and I couldn't find pre-made crepes at my local grocery stores so I made some myself. My husband's comment was, "I will definitely be okay with you making this again!""
