This wasn't a favorite, unfortunately. The recipe seemed to lack flavor and as a few mentioned it seemed like a waste of parmesan - Shake n Bake would yield a better result. Great recipe with a great flavor! I made a few adjustments in that I used the creole seasoning more as a rub than a "sprinkle", added 1# of mushrooms, used less rosemary than called for and used normal chicken stock. I also served over mashed potatoes instead of rice. This was a hit with my husband and will definitely be used in the future! H"

This is a great recipe! I was really surprised at how well it came out considering the ingredients are so simple. The only things I changed: added an additional can of corn, pan-cooked the chicken in corn oil instead of boiling. Everyone loved it. It is definitely a new soup staple!"

This recipe wasn't bad. My husband absolutely loved it; it was the holy grail of breakfast bakes in his opinion. I used a pound of sausage instead of the bacon and made everything else as listed. It definitely needs to be cooked longer in order to get the eggs in the middle of the casserole to set. I didn't think it had a ton of flavor to it ...

I ended up adjusting it as many did (I added some sweet corn and black beans to the recipe, as well as additional pumpkin and some sour cream and used tenderloin instead of shoulder) but it was still missing something.
