My Activity

Reviewed Potato Salad

"Excellent! I followed the recipe exactly with the addition of 2 chopped hard boiled eggs. Tastes best if made the night before. Yum!"

Reviewed Caramel Apple Cheesecake

"Delicious. After reading the reviews, I used a 9+Keebler graham crust. Instead of canned apple pie filling, I used Paula's recipe for apple pie filling, with the addition of a tsp of vanilla and a Tbsp of butter. I let it simmer on my stove until the apples had softened. Next time, I will omit the squeezed lemon in the apple filling recipe. Eve"

Reviewed Garlic Bread

"I am making this a second time. The first time, I brought it to a party, thinking that it was a bit too strong. However, I noticed that when eaten with the food (an outdoor bbq), it held its own and didn't stand out as being too strong. Everyone absolutely raved about the bread, and not a single piece was left.

Reviewed Crab and Ricotta Cannelloni

"This was our Christmas Eve dinner. Divine! I served it with roasted asparagus tips as another reviewer suggested. I made no alterations to the recipe, used fresh basil leaves and two good-sized fresh Dungeness crabs from which I scraped the crabmeat. I used a scale to make sure I had the required pound. I don't understand the other negative reviews - this most certainly had that wonderful crab taste, and the sauce complimented it perfectly. This will be our Christmas eve dinner from now on, assuming I can get fresh crab each year!
