Reviewed French Potato Salad

Love this simple herb-and-vinegar potato salad. I used just three pounds of potatoes (all I had) and subbed in rice vinegar for the champagne vinegar since it was the only white vinegar I had. The flavorful mix of summer herbs with the added flavor of the wine and broth worked very well. It also looks great. You could serve this hot or cold."

Add me to the fans of this recipe. As another reviewer suggested, to make this a little bit healthier, I replaced one-half cup of mayo with low-fat plain yogurt and repaced the buttermilk with light sour cream and also reduced the salt by half, but otherwise I followed the recipe exactly and it was fabulous--and super easy to make.
