I made this in a spring form pan. I doubled the recipe for the crust. It will "puff" in the oven. Press it down and back in place with a piece of parchment or wax paper. Let cool. Then double the recipe for the filling. I measure the lemon juice because all lemons do not have the same amount of juice. Some will be quite a bit more, as mine wer"
