All I can say about this recipe is that I cannot stop making this recipe. Ina picked the right blend of cheeses and the tomatoes on top is the right addition to making this recipe the best ever in this category. Make it every week and even for friends who love it!

Loved this recipe. Nice summer entre. The chutney was divine and I notice the person that gave it 2 stars left out the mustard which definitely was a must and added much to the taste. Making the chutney the day before is a must and the flavors really come out. Also, someone did not ad the mint and this recipe also needed it. Evidently, they...

Very delicious recipe. I did add more tomatoes but followed the recipe in full.
Those that complain about the salt well you do not have to add it in. Ina left the amount or none up to you. And if you do cook you should know that the mustard has a lot of salt in it so cut back there. It was perfect for me so complainers make your adjustments...

I usually change or add to a recipe but the only thing I did change was to add more chopped pancetta, a little more cream and 1 more leek. The recipe is certainly very delicious as is but I like more of an in-depth or pronounce flavor of the pancetta and leeks.
This is a yum recipe!
