I made only 1/2 the recipe and it was good but I almost burnt it. I had to take it out after about 10 minutes. I think the 45 minutes was a typing error. I would turn it to 300 next time and watch it closely after 10 minutes. I added crystalized ginger like the kind I've bought at Trader Joes and raisins. Yummy. I use Ina's recipes a lot and"
