Reviewed Caramel Apple Cake
"This is a beautiful cake and delicious! I re-discovered Golden Delicious apples. I loved that I did not have to peel the apples. The most time consuming part of this cake is making the caramel, but well worth it.
Reviewed Shrimp and Chorizo Stew
"This was absolutely delicious and easy to prepare. Instead of Kale, I used fresh baby spinach, and added crushed red pepper. I always grade the recipes that I try. This got an "A".
About Me
I am passionate for cooking. I own at least five hundred cookbooks, and have categorized and collected recipes since 1960. I recently submitted an original recipe for Maple Oat Nut Scones to Better Homes and Garden and it will appear in their Feb. 2004 issue. It is just an honorary award, but I am thrilled.
Favorite Foods
I really don't have a favorite dish as I am always experimenting. It's just my husband and myself, and he has always been a sweetheart to tasting my experiments, but hey, he always has something new to look forward at the dinner table.Advertisement
