Reviewed Mushroom Risotto with Peas
"I love risotto & have tried many, many recipes; many of them have been good. This Mushroom Risotto was EXCELLENT!!! I omitted the peas but followed the rest of the directions. I think that using the porcinis with the regular mushrooms is what put the flavor over the edge. Thanks to Giada for an excellent recipe."
