I only see the recipe listed for the BBQ Seasoning, which includes wet ingredients, and sounds more like a sauce than a seasoning. Am I missing something?

I second that^^^ question, as well as my concern with using canola oil rather than a butter compound. Delicious indeed! The only adjustments I made was adding a bit of cilantro to break up the richness, and instead of mincing the onion I grated it. I also served them with a black bean and corn salad with homemade guac and chips for a full meal of appetizers! <3

The flavor was good, and my boyfriend said they were the best fries he ever had, but I wish I would have read the reviews before I attempted to make this. I will attempt again but increase the temp and gauge the cooking time based on desired crispiness. "
