Reviewed Chocolate Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Frosting and Chocolate Fudge Filling

The baking time of 15 minutes is not sufficient. My cupcakes fell when I opened the oven door after 15 minutes. They overflowed the liners and stuck to the pan and fell apart when we tried to remove them. The texture was very light and the flavour of the cupcakes was very good.
