Reviewed Carrot Cake

"I haven't made this yet and I'm not a math genius or a cooking expert or anything but there could be an explanation why some of you got "bread like" cake and not moist, melt in your mouth goodness.

It appears that there may be some errors in their conversions?

Firstly, 8 oz is the equivalent of one cup (or so it says on my measuring utensils). Therefore I think that it stands to reason that 12 ounces would be 1 1/2 Cups not 2 1/2 cups.

10 oz of sugar I believe is 1 1/4 cup. Given 8 oz is 1 cup. Then 2 ounces would be a 1/4 of a cup. Therefore 10 oz equals 1 1/4.

2 oz of Dark brown sugar being stated as approximately 1/4 of a cup firmly packed is in fact, accurate.

With Easter just around the corner I can't wait to try this."
