"I tried this recipe over the weekend and the cupcakes were delicious. I would suggest refrigerating the frosting for a couple of hours before frosting the cupcakes. As for the frosting, I only used 2.5 cups of confectioners' sugar and it was pretty sweet. I think 6 cups will be too sweet."
