My Activity

Reviewed Gingerbling

"My husband and I did not care for this. The sugar topping for the glass rim was yummy, but the drink itself wasn't very good. We ended up eating the sliced apples we were going to use for garnish, and dipped them into the sugar mixture for a little treat :

Reviewed Mexajita Chicken

"I was stoked when I found this recipe, because it looked so easy and tasty, and that is what I love. I had pinto beans, but my family prefers black beans, so I substituted them. I also didn't have mexican style diced tomatoes, so I used regular diced tomatoes and added garlic powder, dehydrated onions, oragano, and green chiles to the tomatoes. I also didn't have any Fajita seasoning, so I made my own by combining a couple fajita seasoning recipes, and mixed rosemary, thyme, oragano, garlic, onion, red pepper flakes and corriander and sprinkled that over the top and then sqeezed the juice from one lime over all. It was wonderful! We served it with rice and tortillas, delish!

Reviewed Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup with Cheesy-Garlic Croutons

"Really tasty soup, but from the picture, I expected it to be thicker. I thickened it up a bit with cornstarch, but I really wanted it to be a chowder consistency.
