Fantastic! I was worried because I used dried thyme and dumped in way too much because I didn't know the thyme container didn't have a plastic "strainer top". I removed about a tablespoon of thyme and it was delicious! I ended up buying some bay scallops on sale - I was worried that I put them in the risotto too early. I expected them to be rubber"
