Reviewed Crispy Squid with Garlic Mayonnaise

Easy and delicious--anyone can make it! The garlic mayonnaise is wonderful; I also made a cocktail sauce of ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice and tabasco. Used regular flour since I didn't have semolina. Not golden but still deliciously crispy. Added extra Old Bay to the second batch of coating for a little bigger kick. Thanks!

Reviewed Classic Swiss Three-Cheese Fondue

I've made this recipe at least 5 times to the letter, and it always turns out perfect. (Although I usually shred the Appenzeller through inattention to the directions; still it turns out fine). Don't leave out the tres expensive Appenzeller, the recipe calls for very little (about $6 worth), and it gives it the necessary kick. Not sure if my guests...
