"So good and easy to make. It was the perfect dessert after our Thanksgiving meal. Full of taste yet light. Make sure you let the wine sauce reduce down a lot. I made the sauce two days before and brought it up to room temp the day I used it. YUM!

"Made this last night. I cut the salt and pepper measurements by half and added a tsp of sugar. I also completely eliminated the 1/4 cup of wine at the end. I must say this recipe was delicious! My normally picky family had multiple servings and my husband who hates everything I cook loved it. YEA. The fact that the recipe doesn't call for anything"
I am a middle school teacher that's what I do for work although I harbour dreams of someday working at National Geographic magazine. What inspires me to cook is my desire to lose the title "the worst cook in the family." So far I seem to be making gains on that goal. Fingers crossed I don't burn anything today.
Pasta, meat and potatoes, pizza and anything prepared on the grill. Light and airy desserts. And lots and lots of fruit!
