As a BBQ appetizer these wings get a 4. I used apple and cherry wood for flavor, and cayenne with chipotle powder for chile.

This recipe is replacing my grilled marinated boneless chicken breasts as a BBQ appetizer. The sauce is awesome, and I am a sauce on the side guy. The tamarind is the perfect call here and it goes great...

Very juicy. Works best with white meat. I give it 4 stars for flavor, but 3 stars for effort Vs. outcome.
