Any suggestions on the best way to heat up the lasagna if you take the advice and rest if for a day?

Is the idea that you re-bake the whole pan in the over until it's warm again? Slice while cold and heat in the oven individually? The logistics here seem a little tricky. Maybe a quick zap in the microwave? Probably not ideal.

I had to give the recipe 3 stars because it's only half good.

The meatballs are terrific. I swapped out the veal for sweet Italian sausage and was very happy with the result. I'm used to a beefy meatball and this was dominated by the pork and sausage, almost to the point of being like breakfast sausage, but the texture was excellent...

The batter comes out extremely thick and is difficult to submerge the fish into evenly. When frying I cooked them for around 5 minutes and found the thick batter to still be raw in spots. It was pretty tasty, but I feel like the ratios are a bit out of whack and the batter should be thinned out somehow. I think it's worth another try but the shap...
